Join legendary Champagne Pommery Chef de Cave Thierry Gasco and 14th generation Sake Maker Taichiro Fukumitsu of Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery at this intimate lunch. Several vintages of Champagne Pommery “Cuvée Louise” will be featured including the ultra-rare 2004 “Nature” in this sumptuous Rarities of the Sea Lunch. Taichiro Fukumitsu will also explain his family Sake brewery as we sample rare examples shipped directly from their cellars. Hosted by Executive Chef Justin Cogley and Pastry Chef Yulanda Santos, the lunch includes the finest caviar from Graham Gaspard’s Black River Caviar and skillfully prepared by Relais & Châteaux and Michelin 2-star Shinichiro Takagi, owner and head chef of Zeniya – a kaiseki – which is a Japanese haute cuisine restaurant in Kanazawa on the western coast of Japan, as well as rising superstar Nathan Rich of Twin Farms in Vermont and a surprise famed Relais & Chateaux Chef.
