Ment’or is a leading non-profit organization created by Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Jérôme Bocuse to inspire young people to want to cook.

Los Angeles Superstar Chef Walter Manzke returns to Carmel-by-the-Sea to teach a wonderful class and cooking demonstration in the elegant Demo Kitchen. This hands-on experience will highlight recipes with a delicious lunch to follow in La Playa Carmel’s Sea View dining room featuring Relais & Châteaux Chefs Adriano Venturini of Eden Roc Cap Cana, Loic Leperlier of The Point and Pâtisserie chef Christopher Wilson of Twin Farms and rare wines from Almaviva and DuMOL.
