Los Angeles Superstar Chef Walter Manzke returns to Carmel-by-the-Sea to teach a wonderful class and cooking demonstration in the elegant Demo Kitchen. This hands-on experience will highlight recipes with a delicious lunch to follow in La Playa Carmel’s Sea View dining room featuring Relais & Châteaux Chefs Adriano Venturini of Eden Roc Cap Cana, Loic Leperlier of The Point and Pâtisserie chef Christopher Wilson of Twin Farms and rare wines from Almaviva and DuMOL. 11 AM – Cooking Demo with Chef Walter Manzke at La Playa Carmel 12 PM – Lunch at La Playa Carmel
