Former Point Lobos Ranger Chuck Bankcroft and his team of mycologists will lead guests on a wild mushroom hunt through the pristine 20,000 acre Santa Lucia Preserve. Following the hunt will be a sumptuous wild mushroom lunch prepared by the Preserve’s Host Chef Carlton Lepine and Relais & Châteaux Chefs Jacob Leatherman of Triple Creek Ranch and Eric Bauer of Rancho Valencia with wines paired by Gary Pisoni of Pisoni Vineyards and Jack Galante of Galante Vineyards.
Includes shuttle transportation from L’Auberge Carmel.
